It was the first time my Mom was staying in a facility for respite care. I was extremely worried and concerned. During my vacation I had five family members visit Mom during a duration of two weeks. My family was extremely impressed with the care and love my mom was receiving. During that time I was being informed by my family what was happening; so that made me so relaxed that I was able to enjoy my vacation. I was also receiving calls from the staff on all concerns and updates for Mom. Hands down a great experience. I’m hoping to have Mom stay again in September. You can’t ask for a better place for your loved one! The entire staff is caring, compassionate & goes above and beyond any expectation you could possibly have for a rehab. I never thought I would ever see my brother be able to get out of bed and take a single step after his above the knee amputation. They were mindful of all previous medical conditions, they got him on track, they got him motivated and today he was released to go out on his own. Our family would like to extended our deepest gratitude to Mary Matthews for the level of care and kindness she showed my father. Even with the language barrier, she treated him with such warmth and always with a smile that he felt safe and supported. It gave us great comfort knowing he was in her hands when we could not be there.

We are especially grateful for the equipment she arranged for him; she did more than she had to, and it will help him greatly. Because of her dedication, he recovered quickly and was able to come home before the holidays. For this, our family is truly thankful.
